Co-founded Gauntlet in 2013, and is responsible for strategic direction of the company. Under Mr. Forino’s direction Gauntlet is has lent over $250 million dollars in private loans amongst its product lines. Founded on the principals of building wealth through real estate, Mr. Forino has dedicated himself to help his borrowers and investors achieve or enhance this dream.
Since 2010 Mr. Forino has been involved in over 100 real estate transaction, as a real estate investor/developer. Previously Mr. Forino founded and later sold Infinity Consulting Group (ICG), an IT staffing and consulting company with 145 FTE employees and over $20 MM revenue run rate. Mr. Forino managed multi-million dollar projects for global Fortune 100 companies such as Pfizer and UBS. While at ICG, he completed six acquisitions of competitor’s businesses.
Since co-founding Gauntlet in 2013, Mr. Forino has lead the company’s business development, credit evaluation, and servicing. For over 25 years, Mr. Forino has been an active participant in the Greater New York real estate market as a lender and developer. In his career, Mr. Forino has personally closed over 2,000 residential mortgages.
Over the course of his broad real estate career in development and lending, Mr. Forino has forged deep industry relationships with real estate attorneys, agents, contractors, mortgage professionals and investors. Mr. Forino is also an active developer, having purchased and sold over 25 properties, including ground-up construction and conversions.
Manages the processing, due diligence and borrower correspondence at Gauntlet Funding. Mr. Nimmons has played a critical role in advancing the automation and technology adaption in the loan intake and processing functions.
Previously Mr. Nimmons brings nearly a decade of mortgage and real estate experience including residential mortgage and investment real estate including being a licences real estate agent and a wholesaler.
